At Lyve Wyrez Entertainment, we are committed to delivering your merchandise quickly, securely, and in full compliance with the law. All orders are carefully processed within two to four business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Customers will receive an email confirmation once their order is placed and a second notification containing tracking information once the order has shipped.
We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. Standard shipping within the United States generally takes five to ten business days, while expedited shipping typically arrives within two to four business days. International orders may take between seven and twenty-one business days depending on the destination and customs processing. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs inspections. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, method, and order weight, unless otherwise noted through promotional offers that include free shipping.
Lyve Wyrez Entertainment is proud to ship worldwide where legally permitted. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their local government. We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities. All shipments include a tracking number, which is sent to the customer once the order is dispatched, allowing packages to be tracked directly through the carrier’s website.
While we make every effort to ensure your package arrives on time, Lyve Wyrez Entertainment is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping details provided by customers, or events beyond our control such as natural disasters. If a package is marked delivered by the carrier but not received, customers should first contact the carrier to investigate. Lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported to us within seven business days of the stated delivery date for review.
Customers may request changes or cancellations to their order within twelve hours of purchase. Once processing begins, however, we are unable to make adjustments. This shipping policy follows the standards of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Shopify’s merchant requirements to ensure a consistent, professional, and trustworthy customer experience.
